Morgan is 18 months old. Already. Seriously cannot believe it. She's just the most adorable, sweet, smart, amazing little girl! Here's what she's up to these days:
- she cannot get enough of the "goggies" - Reagan and Maggie make her giggle like no other
- she's returned to crawling often...who knows why but she sure likes to do it around the house for some reason!
- when it's nap or bedtime we just say it's time and she just starts going up the stairs by herself :) it's very sweet (and easy!)
- she sits at the table with us now. We attached a booster seat at the end of the table so she's closer than her high chair and she likes being so close to us.
- she has started to put her hands together when we pray before dinner. It's seriously the sweetest thing I've ever seen.
- she still uses her default word when she doesn't know something (sounds like be-tty?????) and she used it the other day when we were practicing ABCs on the letter "W" - guess it's a tough one!
- the girl loves water. Can't get enough of it. She wants to play in water in any place she sees it - on the street, in the dog bowl, when it's raining, the sink, everywhere.
- she gives lots of hugs and kisses which we love and right when we open the door in the morning she yells out however is there "mommy!" "daddy!" which is quickly followed by "moo moo" (for Maggie) and hugs and kisses.
- she started eating dairy and soy with NO problems. Very very thankful for that!
- her favorite food is still peas. She just loves them. She likes blueberries, strawberries, apples, green beans, noodles, rice, hot dogs and lots of other stuff too but peas is definitely at the top of the list.
- She is so aware of everything. She has a book where a baby is crying and she always gets upset about it..we tell her to give the baby a pat and that helps make her feel better. It's amazing to us to see how much she knows about others!
-She still weighs 20lbs and is about 30in long. She's a tiny little thing but she sure is mighty.
- In general she is just the light of our lives. I could go on and on about all the amazing things she does but there isn't enough room on the blog! We know she's going to be a great big sister in just a few short months!
