Happy Halloween!!!!

Tonight we went over to my friend Jenn's for Halloween! We went to a party in their community which was fun. Morgan didn't stop moving from the moment we got there. Then we went back to Jenn's for pizza with all the kiddos and adults and then off to trick or treating! Morgan totally didn't get it but she had so much fun walking. She thought people were inviting us into their houses and kept trying to get past all the other kids getting candy to go inside. Hee hee :) She's so social. She also really liked the decorations in the yards and kept saying "Whoa!!" It was alot of fun for me to watch too. Jarid didn't get to come with us because he's travelling for work but I took plenty of pics for him!!

Halloween Party

Today we went to the Mother's Association at church's Halloween party. Morgan had a blast. She went as the Halloween Fairy and was little miss independent checking everything out on her own. She played a few of the games but was mostly walking around looking at everything and all the other kids.

State Fair of Texas

Morgan, my mom (Honey to Mo) and I went to the State Fair last wknd. We had so much fun and got tastes of lots of fried food! Morgan participated in the food eating as well and couldn't get enough fried s'mores - can't blame her! They were yummy!! We watched the parade and Morgan wasn't sure if she should wave or just stare at all the floats :)

Vegas baby!

Jarid and I got to go on a little mini babymoon to Vegas. Jarid had a conference there so I tagged along for an almost free trip :) When I got there he had booked me a prenatal massage (love him!) so I spent the first day lounging around the spa while he worked. We ate dinner by the gondola at the Venetian and talked (mostly about Morgan) w/out a little mini-us in the high chair next to us! The next day we walked around the hotels and played a few slots for fun. That night we went to Emril's Fish House which we had to been to before and enjoyed every single bite of that meal!! Delicious. Friday I headed home while Jarid stayed but we had lots of fun together.

Morgan stayed with my mom and had a great time too. When I got home I heard "NeNe" alot because she had gotten so used to saying it :)

Pumpkin patch round 2

We went to the pumpkin patch with my friend Abbie and her daughter Ella who is 6 wks younger than Mo. We always have fun letting the girls play together and this time both girls were mobile and completely on the go. Morgan was climbing all over the hay stacks and pumpkins with no fear and taking a picture of two toddlers was nearly impossible! Those girls were way too quick for me and if I was taking pictures I couldn't catch a falling kid :) Ha! We had lots of fun :)

Pumpkin patch!

It's fall! So we went to the aboretum to check out their pumpkin patch. It was apparently every other parent in the metroplex's idea as well but we still had fun. Morgan was squealing when she was able to pick up and (yikes) throw the pumpkins. A couple got kicked too. Needless to say..she had a good time!
